In partnership with Encounter Travel, we are excited to lead our third annual 1:12 Project Mission Trip—a Baseball & Volleyball Sports Camp in the Dominican Republic.

Over four impactful days, you’ll have the chance to make a difference, share your faith, and build lasting bonds with the local community. With a chaplain guiding our mission, this experience will be both spiritually and personally transformative.

With a dedicated chaplain by our side, we will embark on a profound encounter with Christ, using the universal language of sports as our vessel. The trip will include great fellowship as we travel together as a team, daily prayer, bible studies, and of course amazing encounters as we deliver quality sports training.

Meet the team at the aiport!

• Early departure from Newark Liberty International Airport for Santo Domingo.

• Arrive Santo Domingo, lunch at the airport.

• Board bus for a 6 hour drive to Bánica.

• Opportunity for introductions and talks on the bus ride.

• Upon arrival we will settle into our accommodations, have a welcome dinner, and some orientation.

• Morning wake up and head to prayer as a team

• Breakfast

• Morning sports camps / clinics divided by age and gender

• Lunch

• Afternoon games

• Evening dinner and reflections with the team

• Start the day with Mass with the local kids

• Breakfast and a bible study

• Afternoon tournament (American Team vs. Dominican Teams)

• Evening dinner, reflections and social time on the town square

• Prayer as a team

• Breakfast

• Morning sports camp / games

• Lunch

• Afternoon awards ceremony, testimonies & celebration

• Evening dinner as a team and final reflections

• Early morning depart from Bánica

• Arrive Santo Domingo - lunch on the Caribbean waterfront

• Head to airport and fly back to Newark

• Catch flights home
